<p>The market in <a href="http://www.co.summit.co.us" target="_self">Summit County, Colorado </a>which consists of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mtn., Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne ended up pretty well last year. </p>
<p>The most expensive condo to sell in Summit County was $2.4 million. The Most expensive single family home sold for $5.5 million . There were 646 condominiums sold in Summit County with the lowest price of $122,500.</p>
<p>The lowest priced  non-modular home Single family  home sold for $300,000. A total of 324 Single Family homes sold in Summit County.  The average Sold price was $950,000 and the Median Sold Price was $755,000.  The percentage of Asking price was 95.7%.</p>
<p>The total number of residences sold was 1199.  The average sales price was $463,000 and the percentage of asking price was 96.5%.</p>

<p>Summer time is here and this weekend is the kickoff for summer in the rockies.&nbsp; The <a target="_blank" href="http://www.breckfilmfest.com/home/index.php">Breckenridge Colorado&nbsp;Film Festival</a> started today and is going on through the 8th of June.</p>

Breckenridge has so many activities in the summer time as well as the winter.&nbsp; Many people don&#8217;t realize how beautiful the mountains are in the summer until they experience it first hand.&nbsp;</p>

<p>There are one, two, three bedroom and penthouse suites available.&nbsp; The residences are full ownership.&nbsp;&nbsp;Pre-construction prices &nbsp;start at $1,000,000.&nbsp; There are 4 different phases in construction and Phase I and II sold our in 24 hours. Phases III and IV are available and range from $1375-$1525 a square foot.&nbsp; The ground breaking is set for May or June of 2008.&nbsp; The project will be completed in March 2010.</p>

<p>There are a few new developments popping up on the slopes of Breckenridge.&nbsp; The most recent development called &nbsp;<strong>Blue Sky Breckenridge</strong>&nbsp; just completed their luxury condominium residences a couple months ago.&nbsp; There are a total of 52 residences and most of them have sold.&nbsp; There are a few&nbsp;residences left &nbsp;that are resales or developer units.&nbsp; The prices range from $989,000 for a two bedroom unit-$2,289,000 for a 4 bedroom + den.</p>
<p>This development is a true luxury complex.&nbsp; All you have to do is walk out the door and the ski valet will get your skis and you can hop&nbsp; right on to&nbsp;the&nbsp; Snowflake Ski lift.&nbsp; At the end of the day, after a hard day of skiing, you can ski right down to the ski valet who will take your skis to your private Ski locker.&nbsp; After that, you can&nbsp;head to the&nbsp;locker room, and perhaps have a nice massage at the full service spa or take a dip in the heated outdoor pool or one of the three large hot tubs.</p>
<p>&nbsp;If you don&rsquo;t feel like skiing, but would like a workout,&nbsp;&nbsp;there is&nbsp; a full size workout room and across the hall is a play room for the kids, (where you can keep an eye on them, because the workout equipment faces the glassed in play area).&nbsp; The kids will have plenty to do in the large play area&nbsp;&nbsp;where they can play video games, arcade games &nbsp;or watch a DVD on the big screen TV.</p>
<p>The complex has assigned heated parking, a lofted library, 24-hour front desk, concierge, and Banquet facility and&nbsp; an Executive Board room. There is also a library that is in a lofted area above the beautiful&nbsp;lobby, &nbsp;and of course an Internet lounge.</p>
