There are a few new developments popping up on the slopes of Breckenridge.  The most recent development called  Blue Sky Breckenridge  just completed their luxury condominium residences a couple months ago.  There are a total of 52 residences and most of them have sold.  There are a few residences left  that are resales or developer units.  The prices range from $989,000 for a two bedroom unit-$2,289,000 for a 4 bedroom + den.

This development is a true luxury complex.  All you have to do is walk out the door and the ski valet will get your skis and you can hop  right on to the  Snowflake Ski lift.  At the end of the day, after a hard day of skiing, you can ski right down to the ski valet who will take your skis to your private Ski locker.  After that, you can head to the locker room, and perhaps have a nice massage at the full service spa or take a dip in the heated outdoor pool or one of the three large hot tubs.

 If you don’t feel like skiing, but would like a workout,  there is  a full size workout room and across the hall is a play room for the kids, (where you can keep an eye on them, because the workout equipment faces the glassed in play area).  The kids will have plenty to do in the large play area  where they can play video games, arcade games  or watch a DVD on the big screen TV.

The complex has assigned heated parking, a lofted library, 24-hour front desk, concierge, and Banquet facility and  an Executive Board room. There is also a library that is in a lofted area above the beautiful lobby,  and of course an Internet lounge.
